Infrastructure Access & Whitelisting

To ensure smooth integration between our services and your infrastructure, we’d like to confirm a few technical details. These will help us avoid connectivity issues during deployment and align with any security policies you may have in place.

Please review and confirm the following:

• Reverse Proxy Usage
  Are you using a reverse proxy (e.g., NGINX, Envoy) in front of any of your services, such as LLM inference endpoints or authentication layers?

• Networking or Firewall Restrictions
  Are there any firewall rules or network policies that would prevent our systems from connecting to services on your side (e.g., vector database, self-hosted models, identity providers)?

• Endpoint Access Constraints
  Do you have existing policies (or preferences) related to how endpoint devices access services — such as VPN requirements, IP allowlists, or other restrictions?

If any of the above apply, please let us know so we can coordinate any required configuration or access provisioning ahead of time.
